Oppurtunists, that's what I termed them as.
In another words, they are friends or people you know/once know who becomes a parasite on you once they know you are of advantage to you.
I hate them.
During normal times, it just feels as if he/she was of a different race from you, without a common language for any room of communication. You see them, they may just give a smile or in the worst scenario, they cannot even be bothered to wave and they see through you! Now, when they need your help, things go for a 360 degree change. Everything is different, too much of a difference in fact. You are one whole big solid that shines with sparkle and they can't wait to be in good favour with you. Once they get that advantage they want, situations changed to as it used to be.
It made me wonder why the perennial problems discussed are very often not such kind of degradation of human characters. Well, for one simple reason that I know of, such are often intrinsic and can never be changed.
Growing up is all about getting to know how cruel reality is, how realistic people are, how low people stoop to and the different facades of life.
If that's all, I rather stay in the bland, yet innocent childhood.
Much to my horror, I only realised the university admission requirement today wasn't what I have always thought of it to be!!! From the start of the year, I have been chucking econs aside just thinking that 2As and 2AOs will be sufficient to get me a place in Uni.
Yea, I am stumbled by the fact that I have been in a junior college for more than a year and it's now then I realised.
Oh well, it's not too late, it's really time for me to buck up.
