IT WAS STRESSFUL!

Song nian introduced Common Voices..." we are reaching three years old "

Then it was them "...we are more than a decade old..to be exact 12 years old. "

I was like "woooooAaaaaAAaaaHHHHH" Then I asked shujun who's Goh Toh Chai( cos I can't rem his face).

Shuj: He's not here.

*after one hour or so*

This bespectacled guy stepped in, cool and steady.

Shujun: This is Goh Toh Chai.

Me: yeah.. I know. I can see from his face, written " I am Goh Toh Chai".

Singing together with them was both a terrible and great exposure.

TERRIBLE.
They are pro, real pro. You should have seen the lady beside me, how she can just take the scores and sing it out like as if she has sang it over many times already=/ The scores falls more under the artsy fartsy category of choral singing, not like the genre of songs that I am more familiar with. And part of the artsy fartsy requires us, Soprano 1s to "yah~~" (like the sound produced by some animals). I felt like we were from some goose/swan family and I can't help but burst out laughing! ( discreetly though :P)

GREAT.
Also because they are pro. Nothing else. Maybe yet to be felt.

Back track a little. Some of the kids I used to teach couldn't recognise me this morning. Probably because of my hair and eyeliner=/ And there were also a handful with good memory and addressed me "Miss Chng" when they saw me. Was rushing off after that and I saw this student whom I used to teach, not for long though. She called out to me from afar.."lao shi!! " We exchanged a few lines, am glad to know that I have students who miss me! ;)

shrek next saturday.grrr...7 more days to go?!!! I can't wait to see my donkey =P
