At least, I made the class sit down and talk things out. That's the minimal effort I can do I think and through the 1 hour talk, we settled several misunderstandings. Afterall, my crappy idea did came into place huh?
Now, hopefully, the conflict between them is solved.
On a lighter note, the society constitutes of a diversity of people, in terms of their personalities. It may be the right combinations of people that effectively produce quality results and on top of that, friendships of these people may last, a lifetime, for all you might know. Whereas, if there's a mixture of clashing interests be it for self or whatsoever, the resulting effects may be destructive. It could turn out in violence or simply, "I don't know you from today onwards" that kinda endings.
And so, it brings us to really think about how to solve problems when such conflicts of interests take place. I admit I am not of a counsellor quality one but from my point of view, violence brings you back to nothing. Yes perhaps you get problems solved in a way, but you will surely lose something in the course of it. It can be intangible like your realtionships or tangible stuffs. Why not talk things out then? That's the best solution that I can think of.
Compromise and Accomodate. that's all. You don't have to lose your friendships, kinships etc, and at the same time, both parties will most probably reach a stage of agreement. That's the win-win situation which, I feel, should be the ideal ending to all sorts of conflicts.
Well, anyway, to the people I don't really like, I will just treat them as a breeze. Their effects? Leaves rustling, that's all.
Life's short, let's take it easy!!
