Despite the less than 5 hours of sleep I had in that 3D2N camp, I had fun=) You don't know how accomplished it is to see your OG members turn from strangers to good friends, until you are really in it. That was how I felt. A strong sense of achievement and definitely touched to see those members helping one another=)
Although OGLs had already got a taste of what the games were like during our camp, it just got me to still get high with OG 9!!=)
And, jj night was simply great. We sang, with arms around our friends' shoulder and lightsticks were flying all around in that dark hall of jj, creating the effects of fireworks. OG9 was very united!! We won many of the games too=)
I've learnt not to give people a BIG CROSS and ostracise them at the first impression. No doubt, this first impression counts, but as you get to know someone better, you may realise that afterall, your judgement ain't that good heh. There are quite a number of them whom I deemed as "attitude gang" on the very first admin day. Bubbles started to form in my head...I tried to foresee the difficult circumstances which I will have to handle. Instead of giving me problems, some of them actually impressed me, with their fighting spirit and determination=) I am so proud of each and everyone of OG 9..love them all=)
Anyway, Camp stuffs aside. Today is my first day back to lessons. Well, it wasn't very bad as Monday Blues were gone, probably due to the short day we had. But I was so entertained my my new math lecturer who is also the DM in jj.
"....you will know that it's a palalleLOgram" Alright..not so bad, I took 2 seconds to get it. Parallelogram right?
"..You know right..this is like an elephant..so big, you don't have to strain your eyes to see it."
Everyone's heads popped a question mark and Mr Lee continued to say..
"A is for ant ma..so small..you have to strain your eyes to see right? B is for bird, C for cat, D for Dog and E for Elephant. That's why E is the biggest la!"
HUh..You don't understand, don't you? Neither do I. But I was pretty amazed by how intimidating DM can tell such lame stuffs which people don't get it.
"In exams, if they give you...sometimes you get stung..."
Stung?? Yup..that was what he said.
Stung. Stung.. STUNG? The lecture hall broke out into waves of 'stung's.
If you didn't realise, he meant stuck-.- I laughed till I teared and I couldn't stop. Well, but I guess he's doing something to keep us all awake and I should be appreciative fo that ya?
