happily wore out my new white pumps to school yesterday(bought it on sunday)

just after a few hours of wearing, some nail thingy poked thru the base of the shoes and was poking at my poor toes =S

then when I was complaining to my friends about it, the bottom of the heels came out as well!

you bet I was so mad, cos I can't believe that the shoes are falling apart after being bought for less than 24 hours!

biz law made me realise my consumer rights. Hahaha.

got a satisfactory reply and I am gonna go for an exchange at some other outlets they have in the vicinity :)
