Did anyone caught "Behind Enemy Line" on channel 5 last night?
I did, for the whole 2 hours, couching right in the sofa for this show which has a theme of war. I never fail to have a liking to this kind of theme, b'cos it really let me know better, what were the lives people used to live back in the wartimes.
And after that show, some thoughts ran through me for the night, with several scenes repeating in my mind. The show depicted the cruelty of genocide, where one party can send the whole troop to just make 1 man of the other party dead!
My heart thumped real loudly amidst the silence of the night as I watched how the male character actually struggled/fought/ran for his survival. His part of acting actually made me thought of those stranded ALONE on foreign land during war times...when they have to be on their own..I am sure if I were in his shoes, I would have died much earlier. Maybe not killed by enemies, but surrendered to the great amount of pressure between life and death during my run.
GOsh..
War's merciless. Let's have peace.=)
