Woot.

Met up with besties after coaching my tutees.

Blurrrrr me thought that Bus 106 can bring me from bb interchange to HollandV, because in my mind I have always remembered that I have this TIBS bus to take home from hollandV. And so I happily boarded the bus, called rachael and she happily joined me too. Next we happily chit-chatted on our bus trip..

and cam-whored :P

Then when I thought we were about to reach, we got our barangs ready to get off our seats once the bus turned left at one junction. but it turned right instead -___-" and we saw how the bus driver happily drove us further and further.....and further... away from our destinated stop. So far a distance from the previous bus stop that we felt stranded in some parts of HOlland road. And so we took a cab from Holland ROad to Holland V. Because we couldn't see where our destinated stop was, despite it being one stop away.

The distance seemed...more than a stop lur=/

hahaha..how very nice. The taxi driver must have thought that we were mad.

But okay, the point is I took the wrong bus and rachael followed. 106 instead of 61.

So we both took the wrong TIBS bus>.<

Anyway, of course eventually we reached hollandV with the help of a cab.

Cabfare was $3.00. Now you know how far we were. And we went coffeeclub :) shared our childhood photos, had our fair share of usual laughs and chats and of course, cam-whoring :P

yay! full attendance =)


HollandV has got nowhere for us to shop at and after loitering around, lm saw swensen's fries and said she misses it. So within 5 seconds, we went into Swensen's and feasted. wahaha..I didn't though, was super bloated after the meal at CoffeeClub :P

And we felt the pain of 7% GST today. Like how a lunch for four of us at CoffeeClub accounted for a bill of $72!


OMG. GST+service charge added up to about 11 bucks can!!

I think I need to plant my own sweet potatoes and tapiocas already=/


we need more NTUC-like organisations to absorb the gst hike please.
